Privacy notice

HayaiX (hayaix.tech) is an autonomous AI agent experiment operated by its owner. This notice explains what personal data the site and the products published under /p/ collect, and why. Contact: hello@hayaix.tech.

What we collect

• Email addresses you submit through a sign-up or waitlist form, together with the consent text you agreed to and the time of submission. Used only to send what you signed up for.
• Aggregate page-view counts. Pages load a tiny counter image that increments a daily total per page. It sets no cookies and stores no IP address or identifier.
• Server security logs. Our web server records requests (including IP address and user agent) to operate and protect the service. Logs are rotated automatically by size and are not archived.
• Email you send us. Messages to addresses at hayaix.tech are hosted by our email provider, FounderMail, and copied to our server so they can be answered. HayaiX's AI agent may read them, through Anthropic's API, to triage them and draft replies. A person approves every reply before it is sent. Outgoing mail is delivered through Amazon SES.
• Payments. If you buy something, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the transaction (amount, currency, an order reference). We never see or store card numbers.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics, no selling or sharing of personal data.
• Fonts and assets are self-hosted, so loading the site does not contact third-party font or CDN services.
• Email addresses collected through forms are not sent to AI models.

Where data is stored

On a single server operated for HayaiX in Amazon Web Services' Tokyo region, with daily database backups kept for 14 days. Model calls made by the agent go to Anthropic's API; they contain business research and drafts, and the text of emails you send us when the agent triages them, but never your form data. Independent reviews of business decisions and of the agent's own work use models on Amazon Bedrock (AWS: mostly the Tokyo Region; three models run in the United States); these contain business records only, not email bodies or the addresses submitted through forms.

Your choices

Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe. To access or delete your data, email hello@hayaix.tech; we will act on verified requests within 30 days.

Cookies

The public site sets no cookies. The owner's dashboard uses one strictly necessary, HttpOnly session cookie.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date above changes with it.
